| Presenter | Kathryn Dent Kathryn Dent is a director of People + Culture Strategies, a specialist workplace relations law firm which was in 2012 named as Australasia’s fastest growing law firm. Kathryn is a specialist in Employment and Industrial Law accredited by the NSW Law Society and holds a Master in Labour Law and Relations. She has practised exclusively in this area for over 13 years advising and representing employers across a range of industries. Kathryn has worked closely with accountancy firms and their practitioners advising their clients both directly and indirectly on issues that commonly arise which include issues on sales of businesses, employment contracts and independent contractors. Kathryn has also presented seminars relevant to the accounting industry to bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. |
