| Presenter | Heather Smith Heather Smith is the author of Learn Small Business Start-Up in 7 Days and Learn MYOB in 7 Days published by Wiley Business. She is currently writing her first small business book for the Dummies series. She writes regularly for Flying Solo, My Business, Latte, news.com and other small business publications. She’s runs her own consultancy business for many years working closely with businesses assisting them in harness technology to grow productive and profitable businesses. She has a particular interest in helping the small business owner develop accurate management reports they can use and understand. She can provide remote set-up, training and support for XERO and MYOB solutions. Heather holds a bachelor of commerce from Griffith University, is an Ambassador and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
